Company Can’t Test for Mad Cow, Bureaucrats & Courts Say
Earlier, I and Alex Harris criticized the Agriculture Department for banning a company from testing for mad cow disease. The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals has now upheld that ban. The court ruling came in the case of Creekstone Farms Premium Beef v. USDA
