Braden Cox will lecture on “Intellectual Property Issues for Digital Networks” from 1-4 pm Monday, June 13. The lecture is for the  United States Telecommunications Training Institute, a non-profit joint venture between leading US based communications and IT corporations and leaders of the Federal government who together provide tuition-free management, policy and technical training for talented professionals from the developing world.

In his lecture, Cox will discuss the challenges of the broadcasting and content industries in distributing digital media in a way that protects IP rights and enhances consumer welfare yet minimizes the need for government involvement.
