Jeremy Rabkin is professor of Government at Cornell University and an Adjunct Scholar at the Competitive Enterprise Institute. He has written widely on issues of international law and national sovereignty. His most recent book is Law without Nations?: Why Constitutional Government Requires Sovereign States (Princeton, 2005).
