Mr. Hilferty works on insurance and risk in the Center for Risk, Regulation, and Markets at CEI. Kevin recently received a B.A. in Economics (magna cum laude) from George Mason University. Prior to joining CEI he was the president of the George Mason Economics Society and was a project assistant at Econ Journal Watch. His areas of research interest include betting and prediction market regulation and their effects on society.
