CEI Submits Comments to FCC on Mobile Wireless Platforms and Specialized Services

The Federal Communications Commications Commission has requested comments [2] on two “under-developed” issues in its Open Internet proceeding – how to impose openness rules on specialized services, such as digital video and voice, and on mobile wireless platforms. CEI has submitted the attached statement for the FCC's consideration.
