From George Leef's post in National Review Online:
Hans Bader of the Competitive Enterprise Institute blows the whistle on law schools [3] here [4], noting that to a large extent they are now nothing but training grounds for young statists who are intent on a career of using the law to “remake society” (sound familiar?), as well as a source of secure, well-paid jobs for professors who don’t teach legal principles but devote their time to pontificating about their pet theories on what is wrong with America.
