House passes 'No More Solyndras'

Conservative groups, including the Heritage Foundation and the Competitive Enterprise Institute, take issue with the provision allowing approval of some loan guarantees, arguing the bill should kill the program outright.

“It’s a great goal, but there are flaws,” William Yeatman, assistant director of the Center for Energy and Environment at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, told reporters earlier this week.
