In a letter sent to the House on Monday June 23 2008 Eli Lehrer and Michelle Minton of the Competitive Enterprise Institute, along with Grover Norquist, President of Americans for Tax Reform urged the members of the House to carefully consider any measure that would delay, revise, and clarify the implementation of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Act (UIGEA)(Docket Number Treas-DO-2007-0015).
