CEI's John Berlau testified before the House Subcommittee on Financial Institutions and Consumer Credit.  Berlau explains why reducing unnecessary regulatory barriers will increase competition for bank and non-bank lenders and foster sustainable sources of credit for consumers and small businesses. This will in turn stimulate economic growth and job creation.
