The Wall Street Journal discusses federal regulations passed during President Obama's final days in office with Wayne Crews. 

This financial power grab is part of President Obama’s rush to hand more power to the administrative state before he leaves office. Wayne Crews of the Competitive Enterprise Institute says Mr. Obama is on pace to shatter his own annual record of more than 81,000 pages of new and proposed rules in the Federal Register.
