Theodore H. Frank, Senior Attorney and Director of CEI's Center for Class Action Fairness, will be speaking at the Federalist Society's 2017 National Lawyers Convention. The 2017 National Lawyers Convention is scheduled for Thursday, November 16 through Saturday, November 18 at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C.
