In that time, it has become clear the Act’s sole purpose is to grant labor unions special privileges which are unavailable to any other private organization or individual.

A new American Legislative Exchange Council report, The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Assault on State Sovereignty, reveals that the EPA has been systematically centralizing environmental protection by seizing rightful control from the states and replacing local community input with extreme environmental activists.
NSA SURVEILLANCE PROGRAMS - RYAN RADIA
About 250-300 people attended a a great rally organized by the newly formed grassroots/online group "Restore The Fourth" on July 4th at McPherson Square. Participants were protesting the recently revealed(/confirmed) NSA surveillance programs, and speakers and organizers urged them to continue to work to end those programs.
