Leonard Liggio is Executive Vice President of the Atlas Economic Research Foundation and Distinguished Senior Scholar at the Institute for Humane Studies at George Mason University. He is Senior Vice President of The Mont Pelerin Society, a Trustee of the Philadelphia Society, and a Research Professor in George Mason University’s School of Law.
