Alex Nowrasteh is a policy analyst at the Competitive Enterprise Institute.  His writings, in numerous forms, have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Times, The Los Angeles Times, and other publications.

He graduated from George Mason University with a BA in economics in 2006.  He specializes in analyzing immigration policy.
