Amicus in Obamacare Litigation on Behalf of Minn., Rhode Island Governors

The Competitive Enterprise Institute is representing Governors Tim Pawlenty (R, Minn.) and Donald Carcieri (R, Rhode Island) in an amicus brief in favor of Florida's lawsuit challenging Obamacare.  The amicus includes a chart by the U.S. Congress Joint Economic Committee depicting the incredibly convoluted regulatory morass posed by the President's healthcare plan.
