Ms. Melugin graduated magna cum laude from Claremont McKenna College in 1999, with a degree in government and art history. Her honors thesis explored the development of American antitrust law as it pertains to the Microsoft trial. Prior to graduation Ms. Melugin was an intern in CEI's environmental department. Before coming to CEI, she was a Public Policy Fellow at the Center for Freedom and Technology at the Pacific Research Institute.
