Watch PBS Frontline, “Climate of Doubt”
CEI’s Myron Ebell, one of America’s best-known climate science skeptics, is featured on a PBS Frontline documentary entitled, “Climate of Doubt.” The program explores how climate science became a front-page issue in the 2008 election cycle but has disappeared since as Americans in increasing numbers have begun to doubt the urgency or even existence of the problem. Frontline “goes inside the organizations that fought the scientific establishment to shift the direction of the climate debate.” The program can be viewed online after it is broadcast.

One of the most basic principles of constitutional law is that the Constitution only binds the government — not private individuals .
But this basic principle of Constitutional Law 101 seems to have eluded groups like the United Steelworkers Union and Common Cause, which claim that Clear Channel billboards in Ohio and Wisconsin that declare that “Voter Fraud Is A Felony” are “voter intimidation” that violates the “right to vote” and federal voting-rights laws.

Openmarket.org: Sen. Inhofe Releases Report on EPA’s 2013 Regulatory Agenda
Senator James M. Inhofe (R-Okla.), ranking Republican on the Environment and Public Works Committee last week released a report that details all the EPA regulations that have been delayed until after the election or won’t take effect until after the election. A Look Ahead to EPA Regulations for 2013 lists thirteen major regulations that “will strangle economic growth, destroy millions of jobs, and dramatically raise the price of goods, the cost of electricity, and the price of gas.” Those are on top of the new regulations already implemented that are constricting energy supplies and raising energy prices.
