The Transportation Security Administration’s decision to use expensive AIT scanners in airports has affected all travelers. But the TSA never allowed a public comment period on the scanners. This week, CEI filed an amicus brief in EPIC v. Department of Homeland Security, urging the TSA to finally allow comment-making on the contraversial machines. Read the brief here.
