This week, as President Obama attempted to defend his plan for regulatory reform in The Wall Street Journal, CEI released its own set of recommendations for the new Congress. Liberate to Stimulate is a “bipartisan agenda to restore limited government and revive America’s economy.” The Agenda includes a list of specific steps President Obama and Congress should take to achieve lasting, enduring reforms.
