Lawyer Sues Google Over Fruitless Ads

A lawyer is suing Google because his ads didn’t generate any business for him. The attorney, Hal Levitte, placed ads with Google and paid by the click – as is Google’s policy. But none of the clicks from some sites, namely domain placeholders and error pages, generated any business. So, rather than improving his ads, Levitte is suing. Though I’m not sure exactly what Google promises its ad buyers, it sounds like Levitte is just over-litigating.
