More Net Neutrality Bootleggers and Baptists

CNET News reports that AT&T and Verizon are – shockingly – calling for the FCC to fine Comcast for its alleged violations of net neutrality principles by throttling bandwidth-hungry peer-to-peer users. CNET speculates that Verizon and AT&T are trying to convince net neutrality proponents that the current FCC rules are sufficient and that new legislation is not necessary. But they may also be trying to damage their big ISP competitor. Sounds like Bootleggers and Baptists in the net neutrality war all over again.
