SEC: Online Disclosures Finally Kosher
The U.S. Securities and Exchanges Commission finally rewrote their rules governing how businesses must disclose information to the public to allow businesses to post on their company websites. The SEC even opened the door to audio and visual media. Way to get with the times, SEC! Maybe soon Senators will start using the internet.
