Halbig v. Burwell: Government En Banc Brief
Today the government's filed its brief in the en banc review of CEI’s court case, Halbig v. Burwell. The Halbig case focuses on whether the federal government may legally offer subsidies to residents of states that opted out of setting up their own health insurance exchanges under Obamacare.
