Please join CEI for an Alfred E. Kahn Discussion featuring deregulatory champion Representative Buddy Carter. We will examine the future of the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) program, discuss the impact of regulatory overreach on American communities and industries, and explore reforms that can bring greater accountability and transparency to the EPA’s standard-setting process.

Named after deregulatory czar Alfred E. Kahn, who chaired and disbanded the Civil Aeronautics Board, CEI launched this discussion series in 2017 to continue his legacy. These private roundtable dinners gather leading experts to discuss opportunities and strategies for reforming the contemporary regulatory state.
