Specializing in environmental economics, Ross McKitrick is Professor of Economics and CBE Chair in Sustainable Commerce at the University of Guelph, in Guelph, Ontario.  In 2012, he was appointed CME Fellow in Sustainable Commerce. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Fraser Institute in Vancouver B.C.  In addition to many scholarly articles, Ross is the author of Economic Analysis of Environmental Policy, published by the University of Toronto Press in 2010, and the co-author with Christopher Essex of Taken By Storm: the Troubled Science, Policy, and Politics of Global Warming.  With Steve McIntyre, Ross published the papers that exposed the infamous “hockey stick” graph as the product of inept statistics.
