Find Your Path: Managing Work/Life Balance

What do you do when you realize your current mix of work/life balance isn’t working? Or when you realize you want more time with family, but don’t want to sacrifice your career? Whether you’re asking yourself these questions, or supervise staff who are bringing these questions to you, this session will give helpful parameters to consider as you move forward. A short presentation will be followed by a panel discussion. Our panelists represent a variety of “Path Choices” and will speak to how they found—and are still finding—a successful way forward in work and at home.

Laurel Macleod, Vice President of Development at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, will be speaking on a panel titled Find Your Path: Managing Work/Life Balance as part of the State Policy Network’s Annual Meeting.
