Both business and policy analysts have faced problems that have limited their ability to claw back liberties lost over our last progressive century.   Businesses are justly fearful of retailiation (political and cultural) if they challenge PC policies; they often lack the skills to battle in the policy battlefields, and – most importantly – have been demoralized by the constant cultural barrage of anti-business narratives pouring out of the universities, media and pop culture.  Free marketers have focused almost exclusively on converting their fellow statist intellectuals and lack the means to communicate their work to the citizenry (the media, academy and pop culture filter them out);  lack any army to carry their ideas into battle; and have too little practical knowledge of the actual creative challenges faced and overcome by business to craft effective arguments for business.
