CEI President Kent Lassman will deliver a keynote dinner speech at the 14th European Resource Bank in Podgorica, Montenegro. Lassman’s remarks will discuss the prospects for classical liberalism around the world in light of recent populist movements in Europe and the U.S.

Lassman’s keynote will follow the announcement of the winners of the conference’s annual “Dragon’s Den” fundraising pitch competition.
