The panel will discuss issues such as what we’re likely to see from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission with the potential liberalization of prediction markets offering contacts on the outcomes of everything from political races to sports events; how prediction markets offer a new way to hedge economic risks; and state attempts to shut prediction markets down.
