CEI’s Center for Class Action Fairness’ founder Ted Frank will speak at The 7th Circuit Bar Association’s 66th Annual Meeting at the Class Action Settlements and Fairness. This session will discuss the recent pushback the Courts have given to class action settlements.

The 66th annual Meeting of the Seventh Circuit Bar Association and Judicial Conference of the Seventh Circuit will be held in Indianapolis from  April 30 – May 2, 2017. The Annual Meeting draws judges within the circuit, as well as members of the bar, for a two day event to address various legal issues through panel discussions and presentations.
