In his new book, The Capitalist Manifesto: Why the Global Free Market Will Save the World, Johan Norberg highlights how capitalism and markets encourage a constant discovery process. Despite capitalism’s success in creating global prosperity, much of the world continues to believe resources are finite and politics is necessary to reallocate them. Even with two decades of global unrest — in the pandemic, war in Europe, financial crises, and the rise of populism — human well-being is at an all-time high.
Please join CEI for a discussion of why global capitalism is the only path forward for an improving world with author Johan Norberg, in conversation with Kent Lassman.
