The focus of this discussion will be the banking policy landscape and anticipated debates in Washington. The panel will discuss issues such as: what we’re likely to see in DC in the coming months following recent bank collapses; proposals regarding credit card late fees and overdraft fees; and CFPB reform, especially as it relates to the upcoming Supreme Court case.
