Garrett A. Vaughn is an independent economic consultant specializing in energy and the environment. He retired in 2009 from the Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI, where he held the position of Economist and Council Director. He has also served as an economist on the staff of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee (Antitrust and Monopoly Subcommittee), Federal Communications Commission, and American Petroleum Institute.
