Phoebe Gersten is the senior digital marketing manager at the Competitive Enterprise Institute.
She is a graduate of Mount St. Mary’s University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, concentrating in Public Relations with a minor in Legal Studies. Prior to joining CEI in June, she worked in the Office of Public Affairs at the Department of Homeland Security as a strategic communications intern. She also worked as a social impact storytelling associate at USAID Securing Water for Food.
When not working, she can be found exploring the D.C. fine arts scene, designing clothes and playing piano.
