Steven Titch is an independent policy analyst focusing on telecommunications and Internet and information technology. He is not employed by the Competitive Enterprise Institute. Titch is a former associate fellow at the R Street Institute and a policy advisor to the Heartland Institute. He was formerly a policy analyst at the Reason Foundation. He has published research reports on cybersecurity, network neutrality, and municipal broadband. His columns have appeared in Investor’s Business Daily, the Washington Examiner, and Houston Chronicle.
Titch is also is an avid poker player who has participated inWorld Poker Tour andWorld Series of Poker events.
