FOIA Request for Agency Records: EPA Officials’ Text Messages
CEI filed the following Freedom of Information Act request as a part of our investigation into official correspondence of Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Gina McCarthy and the potential destruction of public federal records in the form of text messages pertaining to official government business.
