 Washington, D.C., November 29, 2005—As talks begin in Montreal, Canada for the latest United Nations Climate Change Conference, environmental and energy policy experts of the Competitive Enterprise Institute are offering their perspective on the issues surrounding the talks and global warming policy in general.
