William (Bill) O’Keefe is President and founder of Solutions Consulting, a firm that specializes in strategic counseling in public policy and management. Prior to working with Solutions Consulting, Bill served as Senior Vice President of Jellinek, Schwartz & Connolly’s Environmental Management Practice and as Executive Vice President and CEO of the American Petroleum Institute, responsible for all management operations for this 300 person/$70 million petroleum trade organization. He is also the Chairman Emeritus of the Global Climate Coalition. Mr. O’Keefe is an expert in energy and environment policy, climate change, regulatory response, issue management, and crisis communications.
