The Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI) appreciates the opportunity to submit these comments regarding the Food and Drug Administration’s and Food Safety Inspection Service’s Approaches to Reducing Sodium Consumption. CEI is a non-profit research and advocacy organization that studies the impact of regulation on the economy, public health and welfare, and consumer choice.
