Reply comments to FCC on AT&T petition
CEI and other free market groups on February 25, 2013 urged the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to grant a request to relax antiquated regulatory barriers. The regulations at issue prevent AT&T from moving away from traditional phone networks to less-costly, more technologically advanced 21st century networks.
