Yesterday the R Street Institute and the Lincoln Network hosted The Future of Internet Freedom, featuring Federal Communications Commission Chairman Ajit Pai, FCC Commissioners Mike O’Rielly and Brendan Carr, and Federal Trade Commission acting Chairperson Maureen Ohlhausen.

Following their statements, a panel moderated by yours truly included R Street’s Tom Struble, the Mercatus Center’s Brent Skorup, and the American Enterprise Institute’s Roslyn Layton.

Topics included debunking the myths surrounding the reversal of the 2015 Open Internet Order, clarification of what is and is not altered by the new order scheduled for a vote on December 14, and some amusing responses to celebrity commentary on ‘net neutrality’ regulations.
