Like the Sun Not Rising in the East?

The Federal Register, the official daily government publication of regulations, proposed rules, and similar items (major and minor), did not go online today. And yes, there’s an official (pun intended) explanation for this: “Due to a technical issue, today’s issue is not online. A team is working on the issue.” https://www.federalregister.gov/

Coincidentally, we were awaiting today’s Federal Register in order to file a lawsuit challenging the new federal auto fuel economy rules. Now we’ll have to wait a bit.

I haven’t found anyone who’s encountered a situation like this before. But rest assured, the world won’t end, and the Sun will rise again tomorrow. Guaranteed.
