CEI’s general counsel Sam Kazman was quoted in the new edition of Freedom Forum’s First Amendment Calendar. If you’ve picked one up from Freedom Forum, you’ll see this quip on July 21 from Sam:

Weakening the First Amendment poses a far greater threat to my kids’ future than a smoke-filled room.
