Long Odds for Suit Challenging CFPB

The suit is being brought by State National Bank of Big Spring, Texas, a tiny community bank that is not directly supervised by the consumer agency; the Competitive Enterprise Institute, a limited-government advocacy organization; and the 60 Plus Association, a conservative seniors association.
