Obama uses government to crush opponents
The Freedom of Information Act provides citizens access to government documents for a reasonable fee. When Obama’s environmental supporters seek a fee waiver, they get a waiver 92 percent of the time, according to requests reviewed by the Competitive Enterprise Institute. In contrast, conservative groups are denied such waivers 93 percent of the time. Clear policy make it more difficult for citizens who may oppose Obama to get information from their government, based upon their beliefs.
