Pella Window Deal Leaves Class In The Cold, 7th Circ. Told

Theodore Frank, who represents a separate objector, added that the number of claims received so far didn’t come close to justifying the $90 million valuation put forth by Pella. The roughly 10,000 cash claims and 2,000 arbitration claims would come in under $17 million, assuming every claimant received the maximum, which isn’t likely, he said.

“We don’t know what the actual relief to the class is,” he told the panel.
