Suit Filed for Obama-era Paris Records

Politico’s Morning Energy covers CEI’s FOIA lawsuit against the Department of State.

The Competitive Enterprise Institute filed a lawsuit Monday seeking records during the Obama administration from two State Department aides — Trigg Talley and Alexandra Costello — related to the decision not to classify the Paris climate agreement as a treaty, which would have required Senate ratification.
