Supreme Court Blockades White House In Obama’s War On Coal

But money and jobs won’t be all that is saved if the Clean Power Plan is thrown out. The court’s decision “scored a win for the rule of law, the Constitution, and common sense,” says William Yeatman at the Competitive Enterprise Institute.

Good news, since the law and Constitution mean just as little to Obama and his administration as do the jobs and finances of average Americans.
