And an appeals court’s decision to uphold the ruling that approved the deal is drawing praise from the limited government set. Free State Foundation President Randolph May called the ruling “a victory for letting the free market work absent a compelling case for the government dictating market outcomes.” Jessica Melugin of the Competitive Enterprise Institute said the decision “sends a signal to Washington regulators to exercise restraint.”
