There is No Equivalence Between Solyndra and Keystone XL

Whether it is solar energy, high speed rail, or natural gas subsidies, the policy approach is flawed and has serious negative consequences. As energy policy expert Chris Horner so aptly puts it,  "My general position on subsidies is if it works, they don't need them; and if it doesn't, they don't deserve them."
